We will first do a FREE consultation and assess which is the best lift to suit your individual needs, and then quote you a price. You are under no pressure or obligation to buy. If you decide to go ahead with the lift then our engineers will fit the lift at a convenient time and with little disturbance. Your lift will normally be fitted in less than half a day.
Our range includes a selection of straight and curved stairlifts and also some suitable to use outside. We also offer stairlift rental if the stairlift is only required for a short period of time, or if you would prefer to rent than purchase. We stock both new and reconditioned stairlifts.

What happens if there is a power cut while I'm on the stairs?
All our stairlifts are powered by heavy-duty internal batteries that charge automatically when parked. If the main power cuts out, your lift continues working smoothly for dozens of trips.
Will it ruin my carpet or walls?
Not at all. The rail brackets screw directly into the wooden stair treads beneath your carpet. We do not attach anything to your walls or plasterwork.
Are the controls easy to use if I have arthritis?
Yes. Every lift comes with an ergonomic toggle switch that requires minimal effort—just gently push it in the direction you want to travel. We also include two wireless remote controls.
Can other people still walk up the stairs easily?
Yes. The seat, armrests, and footrest all fold neatly flat against the wall when not in use, leaving plenty of foot room.
How quickly can you fit a lift if it's urgent?
For standard straight staircases, we can often install your lift within 24 to 48 hours of your survey.
